Server Dependency Upgrades

I'm upgrading some stuff on the server and I'm not sure if it'll impact this site or not. If it does I'll likely go back to a recent backup (made a few minutes ago). I have a feeling if it does cause problems it won't be immediately apparent though.

Some server dependencies were upgraded again. This forum is slightly out-dated and is tested against older dependencies so it's possible there may be some issues on here now. If there are any big issues I can undo what I did or figure something out.
